To navigate to the support Centre, use the support link on the top right hand of the page or the “go to the support centre link” on the right hand menu (both highlighted with red circles in the figure below).

On clicking any of this link, it will take you to a page that looks like the figure below

To submit a new support request, use the button in the left menu. This should open the page shown in the figure below.

Choose your request type, issue, URL, priority, and description of the request.

If request type was a bug report, describe

  • what you were trying to do, and
  • what went wrong along the way

 

For example:  “I wanted to edit the “History” page on our website. I logged into WPO.  I made changes to the page, saved the page but the page never got saved online.”

Click on Submit to post your request to Biz-zone. On submission the support ticket will be posted as shown in the previous figure. The ticket will be shown among the appending ticket as it will need approval.

On clicking on the Link to the issue you will redirected to the URL that you have specified in your issue.  On clicking on the title of the issue, in this case, ‘Nothing”, you will be redirected to a page that looks like the one shown below. On this page you will be able to view the status of your support ticket.

You can update the support ticket you have placed here and see also if the status has been changed and if support has been provided.
